The initiator of FIZZ Hotel concept is Azalea Hotelmanagement GmbH, founded in 2003 as an Austrian corporation (GmbH), focused on hotel & resort management and hospitality consulting. The company has been operating more than fifteen hotels in the 3-5 star hotel categories in Central -and Eastern Europe.

The business plan is based on the experience and know-how of the management team, as well as on the fact that there is great demand for quality hotels in the budget hotel segment in Europan cities of 50.000 or more inhabitants. People want the best they can possibly get for the lowest possible price.

FIZZ Hotel product and concept is currently in the finalizing stage. The next step is incorporating a hotel development company for the rapid expansion of FIZZ Hotels in Europe.
